Product Review: Vivant Wink Eye Rejuvenation Cream….

Over the past month I have been testing out an eye cream from Vivant Skincare. Vivant Wink Eye Rejuvenation Cream does just what it says. First let me share with you a description of the product from Vivant Skincare.

*** A high-performance formulation of antioxidant and free radical-fighting ingredients, Wink combines Vitamin A with Oligopeptides, caffeine and grape seed oil to soften fine lines, lighten dark circles, and reduce puffiness. This concentrated, age-defying formulation also leaves skin looking brighter, giving the skin a more youthful appearance.

Speaking for myself the most important aspect of an eye cream is hydration. Love that this cream hydrates the sensitive skin under the eye, but it’s not greasy. I find the texture is rich, and creamy. Find that it absorbs quickly!

As I have used Vivant Wink Eye Rejuvenation Cream have noticed a reduction of the darkness under my eyes. It has also helped with the puffiness & tired looking skin. Have noticed a slight brightening to the skin under my eyes also. Only negative aspect is the product dispenser. I can barely touch the pump top, and far to much product comes out. Wish that Vivant would redesign the dispensing pump. Other wise that is the only negative. The eye cream itself is amazing, and delivers on it’s promises. Love that.

Product Review: Isa Professional Digital Ceramic Flat Iron….

Happy Friday everyone. Hope you all had a terrific day. Today wanted to share with you a product review for Isa Professional Digital Ceramic Flat Iron.

Have the luck to use this flat iron for over a month now, and feel I can tell you my thoughts on it. I have done a product review for Isa Professional before, and was excited to try this flat iron. Let me share with you few points about this flat iron.

* Digital temperature control 175-450F
* Fast & Safe Straightening, curls or waves
* A 2 year warranty

This flat iron is a good looking & well made. While this iron is durable, and well constructed it’s not to heavy. It’s balanced in your hand. I also like the longer cord that is helpful too. With the backlight digital display you can easily know the temperature of your flat iron.

Speaking of heat and temperature. The Isa Professional Digital Ceramic Flat Iron has a temperature range of 175-450F. Like that this iron can reach it’s max temperature in about 55 seconds. That is very fast. Love that the digital temperature control allows myself to choose the best heat level for myself. Personally I need it around 360.

Plates of your flat iron are very important. These plates are tourmaline ceramic plates. This is important as the plates can maintain and even & consistent heat. While this is a flat iron you can also curl or wave your hair. My hair is very curly, thick, but can straighten my hair with one pass. Doing only one pass is much better for your hair. Oh yes as the plates are well made your hair won’t snag. This flat iron glides through my hair with ease.

Only negative about this flat iron is the placement of the buttons. Wish they were higher up. Kept changing the temperature of the iron whilst using it. That would be the only negative. Overall I have enjoyed using this flat iron. Below you will find a link to buy this flat iron on amazon.

Product Review: The Musk Shop Perfumed Oils… A fragrance that last….

Happy Labor day everyone. Hopefully all of you are having a great day. It’s a beautiful yet hot day for me. Today I want to do a product review for two perfumed oils from “The Musk Shop.”

So The Musk Shop is located in UK. The Musk Shop carries a varied selection of high quality musk, perfumed oils. Listen this is not some new fad in fact attar, musk, perfumed oils have long tradition in Middle Eastern countries.

Learned of this company via instagram. I was sent two different perfumed oils. Both oils were safely packaged in a padded envelope. This was first time he had sent internationally, and feel he did a great job. This company has great customer service. Believe that all the products come in glass bottles with a roller ball top.

I received two perfumed oils. The fragrances I received are inspired by designer perfumes/fragrances. My fragrances were, “1 Millions” & “Tom Tobacco & Vanilla.” Enjoyed wearing both fragrances, and I received lots of compliments.

TOM Tobacco & Vanilla: Photo above is a photo of the fragrance Tobacco & Vanilla which is inspired by the product from Tom Ford. Find this to be a true unisex type of fragrance. Find that The Musk Shop version is better than the original. While the fragrance will last all day it’s not heavy or overpowering. Honestly the name, ” Tobacco & Vanilla” perfectly suits this perfumed oil. Twist off the top of the bottle, and your sense are awakened. Noticed smokey, sensual, inviting notes of the tobacco blossom. Next you will notice a hint of sweetness that comes from the vanilla bean. Love that this fragrance is balanced. Did also notice a hint of spice to it. Have to be honest this is my favorite of the two.

1 Millions: This fragrance is based on the fragrance from Paco Rabanne I believe. Having said that could be wrong. Feel that this scent could also be considered unisex, but that’s just my thought. Noticed the top note to be slightly fruity. As for the middle note is musk like with maybe some cinnamon. Bottom notes come across as hone & amber like. Feel as if noticed hints of pepper. Find this scent to be lively, bold, exotic, and intriguing.

My thoughts: While I like both fragrances the, “Tobacco & Vanilla” is my favorite. Actually I switch the fragrance depending upon my mood. These perfumed oils have an advantage over spray fragrance as they have no alcohol in them. In the morning I can apply one of these fragrances, and it will last until I shower. Another benefit is that the fragrance is not heavy or overpowering. Like that there is no sting to the skin or drying when using these perfumed oils.

Tips: I find that applying just a small amount to my pulse points will last me from morning until night. Normally I apply the fragrance to my wrist, crook of my arm, behind my ears, and so on. Honestly you will need just a small amount.

As previously stated the musk shop is located in the UK. I am very impressed with the customer service. Their website is beautiful, and easy to navigate. Love the wide selection of fragrances.
