Product Review: ALLOGI The Rouge Anti-Aging Serum

Good morning everyone. Hopefully all of you are having a great Sunday morning. Today I am reviewing a serum from Allogi Beauty. Serum is called The Rouge anti-aging serum.

 

I have been using this serum for only a few weeks now. Yes this is an anti-aging serum, but it’s more than just that. A few other benefits are for firming, brightening & hydration. I was surprised that this serum has only four ingredients. Two main powerhouse ingredients are the Hyaluronic acid, and Rooibos Tea extract.

With all serums apply it to clean, dry skin. This serum is a bit on the thick side, and also has a slight sticky feeling. At first I was using a bit to much of the serum. For my face I need only two pumps. Serum took while to absorb into my skin, and getting use to the sticky like quality took so getting use to.

 

Some serums I notice results quickly, but it took my skin about a week to notice any results. Did notice a slight brightening to my skin, and maybe with time this will increase. My skin does have a firmer look to it. Think with time I will notice more results. Just need to allow the serum more time. Luckily there is no stinging with this serum.

Product Review: Dynamic Sonic Instant Eye Lift

With all of the squinting, smiling, and other repetitive facial movements it cause your eyes to appear tired or older. I have had the luck to try Dynamic Sonic Instant Eye lift. This product gives you the look of an eyelift, but minus the pain, and cost. While many eye products can take weeks to show results with this product it’s instant gratification. The eye lift product comes in what looks like a futuristic syringe.

 

I have been using this product for over a week now, and so far I’m loving it. Product is more like a gel texture, and it’s a red like color. Dynamic Sonic Instant Eye Lift is easy to use like any eye product. Tap the top of the syringe lightly, and one drop is enough for both eyes. With an expressionless face lightly tap eye gel under your eyes where you see lines or puffiness. Allow the product to dry. It takes around a minute. I did notice a slight tingling, and warmth for a short time. Having said that it was not painful at all.

About a minute or two after applying the Dynamic Sonic Instant Eye lift I noticed my eyes looked younger. True my eyes looked younger, but more important I looked well rested too. If that wasn’t enough notice my smile lines were also no longer noticeable. Noticed that the darkness under the eyes also disappeared. My eyes feel hydrated also. The results lasted for hours. Feel as if with this product the results are also cumulative. When using this product daily you shall notice more, and more results.

At first I was nervous about using this product; because thought it would be difficult to use. It was very easy to use, and there was no guess work. Believe this product is to be used under the eyes only. My best advice is to very lightly tap the syringe top so you wont waist the eye gel. Love using this product. It’s great for men, women or anyone whos eyes are looking tired.

Product Review: Beautiful, glowing skin begins with When Facial Masks.

Good afternoon everyone. Hope everyone is doing well. Recently I had the chance to experience some revitalizing face masks from When. I am new to this brand, but have used this style of mask before. When was launched in Korea. As many of us skin care lover know Korea is a mecca for face masks. I was sent to masks to try. They masks I received are the, “Travelmate” & “10:00.”

Maybe your also new to the world of When Face Masks. When aim is to use advanced bio-cellulose technology to create innovative face masks. Yeah that sounds kind of fancy, but what does that really mean. When goal is to make a mask that can adhere to your skin, and send skin loving ingredients down into your skin. Many face masks want to raise up, and not lay flat against the skin. While the masks are lightweight they can hold lots of skin loving ingredients.

Loving the When Face Masks. Both the, “Travemate” & “10;00” masks were terrific. Felt as if my skin really responded to the, “Travelmate.” I often spend time outside with my dogs, and gardening. These masks are super easy to use. Of course start with clean, dry skin. Next open up your mask, unfold it, and remove the paper & plastic film. Apply to your face. Adjust the mask & smooth it onto your skin. Now for best results leave the masks on for 30 minutes. I like to lay down, and relax. After 30 minutes remove the mask, and massage any remaining product into your skin.

After using the, “Travelmate” mask my skin felt, hydrated, smooth, and glowed for days. Another positive of this mask is that if your experience any irritation to your skin this mask will help with that. Just love that it was so soothing, and I relaxing. Found that this mask had just light fresh scent. Now the, “10:00” masks is great when your skin is really tired or stressed. Maybe you had a long hard day, and your skin looks saggy or dull…then this is the mask you need. With ingredients such as collagen, watermelon extract, and coconut water, and a serum this mask is tlc for stressed skin. All of the masks should be applied in the same way. Find that the, “10:00” mask almost gives you a mini lift to the skin. Noticed that my overall complexion looked much better.

Product Review: Valentia Royal Rose Hydrating Serum

Yes it’s a Thursday, and it’s time for a product review. Today’s product is from Valentia. The product is their Royal Rose Hydrating Serum. When I first heard about the product concept… I just had to review it!

 

What can this serum do for your skin? Most important aspect of this serum for myself is that it’s hydrating serum. Find this serum hydrating enough you could almost skin your moisturizing step. Just as important is the fact that the serum provides for antioxidant protection. Royal Rose serum will also even your skin tone, and improve overall texture. If you want makeup optional skin, use this serum as it boost your skin radiance. Below shall share just a few of the serums key active ingredients.

Key Ingredients: Rose Damasccena, Vitamin B, Rosehip Seed Oil, Evening Primrose Oil, Bearberry, Lavender.

 

The ingredients mentioned above are all powerhouse skin care ingredients. Product developers at Valentia know the perfect ratio of ingredients. Formulation of this serum is able to deliver great skin care for anyone! Now I have used this serum for maybe two weeks now. Make sure to use the serum twice a day every day.

Pleasurable is a good word to describe this serum. Serum has a very light Rose scent to it. Fragrance actually comes from the floral oils so it’s natural, and subtle. Fragrance alone is a great reason to use this serum. Found this serum to be truly hydrating, and on some days I skipped my moisturizing step. My skin felt hydrated while still feeling balanced. My oily forehead no longer looks like an oil slick. Thank you Valentia for that aspect alone. My skin looks better with this serum! Loving the results of this serum. This serum would be great for anyone with sensitive skin.

 

I need about two pumps of the serum to cover my face, and neck. When applying this serum work it in with light upward strokes. This will allow serum to sink in. Product Review: Valentia Ultra Plumping Hydration Mask & True Glow Eye Cream for luminous skin‏

As a skin care enthusiast I have tried many brands. One brand that I adore is Valentia. Why do I adore this brand? These products deliver upon their promises. I think of Valentia products as a luxury brand minus the luxury price tag. Everyone should have access to results driven skin care.

I have been using two products from Valentia for about 10 days now. The products I have been using are the Valentia Ultra Plumping Hydration Mask & True Glow Eye Cream. Ok friends let’s get into the products.

First up let’s get into the Valentia Ultra Plumping Hydration Mask. After opening the jar of the mask noticed the color & consistency resembled a lemon custard. Noticed a fragrance that reminded me of lemon custard with lots of vanilla mixed in. It’s very easy to use this mask. Apply the mask to clean dry. This mask is so rich & luxurious. It actually melts into your skin, and quickly absorbs. Yes you may experience a slight tingling, but it’s an awesome kind of tingle. A few key ingredients in this mask are Japanese Green Tea, Aloe Vera, & Organic Rosehip Seed Oil. Of course their numerous other skin loving ingredients, but wanted to list a few of the powerhouse ingredients.

Sure all of the above sounds good. What did I experience using Valentia Ultra Plumping Hydration Mask. My skin held onto hydration. My skin had a beautiful healthy glow to it. Best of all my skin looks rejuvenated. Think everyone knows I am a self tanner, and this product allows myself to extend the life of my self tan. I use the mask about 3 times a week, but that’s just what I like to do.

Tips: Before applying this mask to your clean skin try steaming your face with a hot rag. This will open up your pores more, and allow the mask to fully do it’s job.

Yes I am loving this mask. Who is it good for? It’s great for anyone who wants fresher looking or more youthful skin. No matter what your skin type this will be a beneficial product. Just a little of this product will go a long way as it’s a concentrated product.

Next up is Valentia True Glow Eye Cream. After pumping out a small amount of the product it had a pale sherbert color. It has a fain clean scent to it. This is a cream texture product. Many of you know I favor the gel type products. The True Glow Eye Cream has won me over. It’s not to thick nor is it thin, and so it absorbs better. Quickly the eye cream sinks into the sensitive eye area. Just a few of the key ingredients are Arnica, Astaxanthin, Resistem, & Vitamin C.

I noticed instantly my eyes look hydrated after the first application. A few days into using the product twice a day did notice my eyes did not have any puffiness in mornings. People even said I looked well rested. If you are consistent with using this eye cream you will get more results. I find that the results get better, and more noticeable with time. Knowing that your eyes will look instantly hydrated is reason enough to purchase this product. The accumulative effect of this eye cream makes me want to continue using this product.

Tips: Apply to clean dry skin. Use your ring fingers to apply this eye cream, and take your time in the application process.

If I could would give this product a ten star review. Honestly it’s perfect as it is. Wish that Valentia would produce a metal tipped eye wand. This will give an extra cooling effect. Listen Valentia has won me over with this eye cream. As you all know normally I like the gel eye product. The formulation of this eye cream is perfection, and I love it as it is.

Product Review: iLight Organic Eye Treatment

Good afternoon, and happy Sunday everyone. Wow hard to think it’s February, and Spring is almost here. Think that anyone over 18 could use an eye cream/treatment. Reason being all the squinting, and looking down we do looking at smart phones & tablets.

 

Recently I have been testing a new eye treatment from iLight. The product is iLight Organic Advanced Brightening/ Line Smoothing eye treatment. Yes this product does that, and more. Love that this product is organic since you put this close to the eye area.

In my house all of us have experienced great results from this product. My results have been a hydration under my eyes. I have also noticed my eyes look more rested. One of my brothers has noticed the darkness under his eyes has gone. Noticed a reduction in expression lines for both of us. Best of all not stinging or burning from this product.

The unique applicator tip helps to get the product applied in the sensitive under eye area. Yes I like this product, but had few issues. Personally I am a gel type person for eye products. This eye cream was bit thick for my taste, but my older brother prefers it. Had few issues with the pump applicator. Main problem was getting the product to come out, and when it did it released to much product. Even lightly tapping it released for to much of the cream. All said it’s a terrific product.

Product Review: Valentia Skin Care Exfoliating Scrub for Men.

Hello my friends. I hope all of you had a wonderful Christmas. Hard to think today is December 26, 2015. Still have some family here visiting for the holidays, but wanted to take some time to blog.

Today’s product is Valentina Exfoliating Scrub for Men. Have reviewed other products from Valentina, and each time I am highly satisfied. Believe I have used this product for almost a month now, and feel I can share with you my thoughts on this product.

 

Think it’s important to know that this exfoliating scrub is made from 98% natural ingredients. Yes this product is designed for a man’s skin, but it’s terrific for anyone who want’s great skin. A few of the natural ingredients are pumice, apricot seeds, olive seeds.

Everyone needs to exfoliate his or her skin. Personally I make a point to exfoliate at least twice a week. Valentia Exfoliating Scrub For Men can do several things for the health of your skin, and shall share them with you below.

* Removes dead skin

*Deep cleans pores

*Rejuvenates skin textures

*Draws out excess dirt & oil which can clog pores

While I use this scrub at least twice a week it’s gentle enough to use more. Valentia Exfoliating Scrub is highly effective, but also gentle. After exfoliating I feel as if my serums, and moisturizers can better absorb.

Like that this scrub is not heavily scented. Feel as if the exfoliating particles are the perfect size & texture. My skin does get exfoliating, but never experience any redness or flaking.  Now if your only exfoliating you face this 4fl oz jar should last a long time. With this scrub a little goes a long way.

Pros: Light natural scent, gentle to skin,  only a small amount of product is needed, not oily or greasy.

Cons:  Wish that  this product was in a squeeze bottle so no cross contamination could happen. That’s the only negative is the jar format.

Product Review: Oleavine Neem Oil

I was lucky enough to try a product which is new to me. That product is Neem Oil. Oleavine manufactures this oil, and many other products. Below I will share with you a description of Neem Oil.

*** Neem oil is a vegetable oil pressed from the fruits and seeds of the neem (Azadirachta indica), an evergreen tree which is endemic to the Indian subcontinent and has been introduced to many other areas in the tropics. ***

Neem Oil has been used throughout history for a multitude of uses. Of course it can be used topically on the skin, hair. It can also be used as a pesticide, and other home cleaning uses.

I tend to use Oleavine Neem Oil mostly for personal care. My scalp can get dry at times, and I find adding few drops of Neem Oil to my shampoo helps. Another scalp treatment is to take a quarter sized of Neem oil into your hand. Next add a drop of your favorite essential oil such as Lavender. Make sure to massage it into the scalp, and leave on over night. Neem oil can also help with dry ends.

Neem oil is also great to control bugs. I have many Rose bushes, and this year have had issues with Aphids. Instead of using a dangerous pesticide I like to use natural products. I take a spray bottle filled with water and add in a natural liquid soap, and Neem oil. Lightly spray the rose bushes, and this can deal with that issue. Neem oil can be used for many other bugs.

My thoughts: I do like using Neem oil. Only negative side is it’s odor. It has a natural, earthy odor. Normally I mask it’s natural scent with an essential oil like lemon or bergamot. Love that Oleavine Neem oil is 100% pure, and cold pressed. Like all of my oil products to be cold pressed. I find them to be more effective that way. This 12 fl oz bottle will last you a long time. Product Review: Vivant Wink Eye Rejuvenation Cream….

Over the past month I have been testing out an eye cream from Vivant Skincare. Vivant Wink Eye Rejuvenation Cream does just what it says. First let me share with you a description of the product from Vivant Skincare.

As I have used Vivant Wink Eye Rejuvenation Cream have noticed a reduction of the darkness under my eyes. It has also helped with the puffiness & tired looking skin. Have noticed a slight brightening to the skin under my eyes also. Only negative aspect is the product dispenser. I can barely touch the pump top, and far to much product comes out. Wish that Vivant would redesign the dispensing pump. Other wise that is the only negative. The eye cream itself is amazing, and delivers on it’s promises. Love that.

Via Cosmedics Sea Whip Cucummber Detox Soothing Gel: Product Review

Over the last few weeks I have been trying a product from Via Cosmedics. The product is their Sea Whip Cucumber Detox Soothing Gel. This product is a gel, but in my mind it’s a mask. Below I shall share some information about the product.

Directions: Cleanse the skin thoroughly, pat dry. Apply evenly to clean, dry face. Allow product to work on the skin for 10-20 minutes. Rinse with cool water. For a more intense treatment, gel may be left on for several hours or overnight. For a cooler treatment, refrigerate gel. May repeat 2-3 times per week or daily for intensive treatment

Benefits of using this gel: • Cucumber provides natural brightening, firming, calming, and de-puffing benefits
• Allantoin contains anti-inflammatory properties to soothe and ease dry, irritated skin
• Oatmeal has anti-inflammatory benefits that calm, soothe, and protect skin aiding in moisture retention and keeping skin firm
• Sea whip is an excellent healing agent, which neutralizes an enzyme responsible for irritation, redness and those with sensitive skin
• Chamomile and comfrey provide synergistic anti-inflammatory and powerful healing properties for dull, inflamed, and irritated skin
• Marigold extract is an excellent anti-irritant, anti-inflammatory, and helps to rejuvenate damaged skin

My thoughts: I find that this product is great for so many skin types. My skin is more combination. Via Cosmedics Sea Whip Cucumber Detox Soothing Gel is terrific for even the most sensitive skin. Find that why my skin gets stressed or dry this gel helps to balance out my skin. Find this gel to be hydrating, and not heavy to the skin. Try to leave it on for at least an hour, but that is just my preference.

Tips: For an extra cooling sensation I keep the jar in my refrigerator. It adds an extra layer of cooling & soothing to the skin. When your skin looks tired or lifeless just apply the gel/mask and in short time your skin will look great.
